Plotter Questions/Opinions

Hello,

I'm looking for a plotter and found this one for sale it's a Vinyl Express Panther GRC-132 50" does anybody have any experience with one of these or know anything about them? I need something that can contour cut as well, will this do that? I can't find any specs on it on the web.
