Polycarbonate laminate for VersaCamm?

Hi,
Looking for a solution for sturdy (non-confirming) overlays.
Thinking some kind of laminate or direct printable roll that can be printed and cut (or laminated and cut) on a 30" vinyl printed on a Roland Versacamm.

What do you all use to digitally print and cut simple overlays? No clear windows are needed, etc. Just stiff labels that will hide any surface imperfections when applied top the surface.

Thanks!

Are you looking for a textured durable laminate? Polycarbonate will work, but so will a semi-rigid 6mil textured lam which will save you hundreds of dollars per roll. We sell 54"x150' rolls of this laminate (commonly used for tough applications like floor and trade show graphics) for $279 and we could cut the roll in half for you (or however you'd want) to fit your unit. In stock in Cleveland. We sell a lot of this laminate on top of a perm vinyl for table tops in schools and restaurants.

I'm looking for a material that is easy to laminate, including a Big Squeegee. Basically, we want any recessed areas on otherwise flat surfaces bt to show. Vinyl sags and you can see dimples when it does. Also, 54" won't work. Anything 30" or smaller? Too much texture won't work either as there will be a print underneath with fine detail. Looking for a matte appearance but not highly textured.

We can cut the 54" down to whatever you need. There isn't a ton of texture....you'll be able to see the fine print.
