pop up trade show panels

I need to make a full set of trade show panels for a 8' wide curved popup
Im not sure which way to produce these.. print onto vinyl, lamiante with a 5mil polycarb and then mount onto thin lexan or print onto Neschen Easypanel, and lamiante

I use a Roland VP-540

Any suggestions would be appreciated
