Print Vinyl

I'm getting ready to start doing our digital printing in house and was wondering what kind of vinyl materials to start with. I was thinking of Oracal 3651 for intermediate vinyl & 3751 for vehicle graphics & longer term outdoor signs. I'm trying to weigh out the cost vs. quality on all the different brands, but would like to pick something good and stick with it. I've been outsourcing our printed jobs & it seems like every time we get an order printed on intermediate it's different material.
Any pros or cons on certain brands??? Should I stick with the higher priced name brands vs. saving a little $$. Also any recommendations on banner material?
Thanks for any advised!

I use 3551 with 290 laminate on outdoor/long term stuff. I use both the rapid air and non rapid air, they both have their good points.

I use 3164 for cheap stuff.

For banners I print on Key banner material.

My favorite print vinyl

I'm keen on KAPCO SOL/WHTCAL/54AR 3 mil Gloss White Vinyl w/ Grey adhesive and Air Release Liner 54"x 150'
It's $180.00 per roll with free shipping Their laminate is pretty good, too. It's only $153.00 with free shipping

And best of all it's made in America!

The website is ancient but the service and product is great!

Thanks for all the input.
How much color variation in the print do you get switching from one brand to another or from calendared to cast? Also if your laminating 90% of your jobs wouldn't a 2.5 mil (Oracal 3651) with a 2.5 mil laminate be easier to work with as far as conforming to minor curves or rivites than a 3-4 mil vinyl with a 3-4 mil laminate? Seems kinda thick!
