Printing Problem

Hello, I run JV3-130SPII.

Just ran a print in fine mode and it is printing a shadow through out the entire print. I ran a sample in std mode with same result. I tried in fast mode and print came out good.

I cleaned with no improvement.

Any suggestions?

sounds like your calibrations in the standard mode are off. Not a big deal, but should have a tech come in to calibrate it.

Did you check your artwork, How did it come out in fast mode is it sellable?

It did come out sellable in fast mode. I completed print and sold signs, but still concerned about the problem.
