ok i found a solution im not sure if it is the right way but it is working 
thought i might share, maybe somebody thinks its helpfull
the only way i managed to print and cut stuff was out of flexisign when pressing RIP(print and cut)....
a window opens up where i can setup the print and cut...
there also is a button for color mapping the spot colors!
BUT if i save a file as FS file and open it inside the production manager with out flexi i dont see the button in the settings window...
thats weird because im pretty sure there is a way to print and cut the file without flexi running...
i also managed to import my ai files without any problems... i just had to save as older AI files...
now its time to play
