The people who did this last year are members of this forum, I'm pretty sure, which is why I tried to be tactful and was also a little unspecific in my description.
i figured I could hash out the details if I received any quotes and I would also know right off the bat if the "quoter" knew what they were doing based on the substrate quoted. I do sometimes like to play some of my cards close to my chest, especially on an open forum.

i cold care less about the bickering above, but this statement caught my attention...
so you are asking people to quote something that they do not know what you want?
i don't get why if you are seasoned at this with the "big leagues", why one you don't have your own equipment, and two you don't know what to ask for specifically, and three why you wouldn't already have a vendor lined up that got you through a few seasons already since you don't have your own equipment
sounds like you should pass.
first off, these are not banners, they are flex face signs. what's the difference you ask? last time someone used banners and it didn't quite work out.
sounds like this is a little outta your league.
Looks good.
Must have been a blast working that high up out in the open.

I think we're doing just fine.
One more panel to install tomorrow, then they will all be new!
Yes, I did block out some identifying marks. If you know where it is, you know where it is. I don't entirely trust everyone on the internet.
speaking of printed flex faces, we got several flex faces in this city that were "washed out " looking when they were installed. The look good during the day but like crap at night.

If you didn't want anyone to know this was in the Phoenix area you really should have blocked out 'Bell Road' on the panel for the Ford dealer.
