Reusable Stencils

I would like to make reusable stencils, not a one time stencil. I have a Roland gx24. Looking to make some wood decorative signs on my down time. But really isn't worth it if I have to make a new stencil each time. Any help would be appreciated.

since you're working with wood, this may not help, but i'll tell you about it anyway.
i had a customer who wanted a stencil to paint on his roll off dumpsters.
i cut him a stencil out of magnetic material.
he did 18 or so dumpsters initially, and he uses it every time he gets a new one

we use a KAPCO product, its their 10mil non adhesive stencil.

I'd think that would work with wood, too. The magnetic material would be heavy enough to sit (relatively) flat on the wood.
