Need Help Roland banding

Are you running rip software? This looks like maybe your ink limits are set too liberally. (too much ink can be just as bad as not enough)

...rip software will let you dial the ink back a little. Different medias may require different ink limiting since the coatings will accept the ink differently.

Also...putting new parts in is great...but did you flush all of the lines?

Doing some clean up can help significantly in seeing when a problem occurs and troubleshooting.

Another trick we'll do is run a 1/4" slug along the print of the predominant color. This will keep the heads firing that color even when there is white space, or an accent color. It is less of a shock to the printheads when big floods start up.

I changed the printhead and it prints fine, and only on the right side there is 1cm banding, after 70cm there is 4 cm banding. And when the head goes to the caping stations to refill, and restarts the printing i get this horizontal line like ink drop out for 10mm and after that it continues to print normal.
