Roland Cutting Issues

Hi All,

Been working on this issues for a while now, and I am getting nowhere.
When I print/laminate/cut stickers certain cut points do not cut, causing the excess vinyl to be extremely difficult to remove and there are little dags holding waste to product.
I have tried changing blades, blade offset, cutting strip, and have tried a few different things inside Corel.

Attached is a sketch of where the issues are happening.

Any help would be fantastic thanks!

Have you tried slowing down the cut speed?

Have had the speed at standard 30, tried 25,20,15 and 10. Still varying results

Any photos of the result as it comes out of the cutter rather than a diagram?
Have you correctly set the blade depth and force?

And apply a small amount of overcut...0.10

Buy original blades, if they are Roland branded make sure they're new. Change cutting strip. Use higher pressure.
