Question Roland SC-545EX Service Menu Vertical alignmwent

I can find bi-directional alignment all over the internet. I can not find the correct procedures for vertical alignment through the service menu.
I'm in the service menu. I just need the correct procedures for the vertical alignment.

Print the test for the vertical adjustment out of the head adjust menu, and if the heads are not at the same height, loose the 3 screws a little bit which fixes the head and turn the screw in front of the head with the white plastic knob to adjust the head. Sometimes, at older printers, the printhead pen plate stucks a little bit, could be hard to loose it.

Thank you. I just refurbished an old printer someone gave me. It's now printing like new. The alignments were the last thing.
