Roland VersaCamm SP540i Rolls Material out unevenly.

So I have an issue with this printer rolling material out unevenly. I can set the media up to have a quarter inch gap between the right side wheel and the edge of the vinyl and as it rolls out the media will shift and almost fall out of the printer.
I have ran many tests and recalibrated the crop cut settings, I have even accessed the service manual and recalibrated the roller settings. There is completely new pinch rollers on the machine now and I still have the same problem.
I do not think this is a software issue I believe something is wrong with the way it rolls material out just not sure where to go next. I can do really small jobs about 2 feet long but we typically run jobs between 5 and 10 feet. Open to any suggestions.

Roland rollers are special. the inner diameters are smaller than the outer ones. the middle roller different it is straight. Make sure using the right ones and installed them correctly.

Make sure the pinch rollers are clean. The easiest way to clean them is to use alcohol and a foam swab. Run the feed aging in service mode and hold the swab against the pinch roller, being careful not to let it get caught between the pinch roller and grit roller. You can also clean the grit roller this way, using a toothbrush wet with alcohol in this same mode. Depending upon how old the pinch rollers are, they may need replacing.

I have checked the pinch rollers, the wheels are all going the correct orientation, they are brand new and clean, the assemblies are new too and clear of cracks and fractures. I made sure all the obvious parts to roll the material was in check before I did any calibrations and get everything set in place. I typically use 30" and 48" rolls of vinyl. I can roll both out between 2 to 3 feet before it becomes too skewed to cut properly. I am to the point I think the motor or gear shaft has a problem but wanted to get some feedback before I start on any big replacements.

Also on the silver roller that holds the vinyl, there are 2 black sliding stops with screws on them.
Set up your roll, get it where you want to, then put the black roller stops on either side of the hubs and tighten them down.
That will keep the roll from skewing to the right or left.
Also is the machine on a very uneven surface, noticeably un-level? Put a level on the roll of vinyl and check.
The machine should be dead level to run properly.

And make sure the brackets these rollers fit in are screwed tight on the bottom of the printer. If one of them is loose, the supply rollers will not be parallel to the printer and cause skewing as well...
