sandblasting

I would not recommend it... Cutting sandblast usually produces an excess of particles/dust.

What brand and thickness of material are you wanting to cut?

well, I just tried it. using some intertape brand material 30mil. It seems like it is a rubber, not really making any dust. I cut it with 11 upspeed, 200 grams of force, and 10 cut speed with a 60deg blade. went ok, ill probably increase the force to 220 on the next one though
