Sending Alumalite Through a Seal Laminator

I don't want the edges to puncture the rollers. We have a Seal 65 EL Laminator. Do you guys send Alumalite through your machines?

We file the edges if needed but mostly just smooth the edge down using a pin from a trailer hitch (the part that locks the ball to the hitch).

If it will cut you, it will cut your rollers.

Alumalite/Alumacorr might crush under pressure, but for the Dibond/MaxMetal materials I got my hands on one of the wifes wooden rolling pins.
I usually just cut it with a knife, and it leaves a little ridge, run the rolling pin down the edge and it rolls it over pretty nice without filing.
Have never tried it on Alumalite.
