Flexi sign 10 or (cloud as I was told.)

Yes my printing company does accept other files. So I design EVERYTHING in flexi sign. So instead of saving it as an eps or ai. What is the best file format to save it as and how would I know when the company opens the file, the size is correct and with a contour cut line?

Here is an example. The gradient sometimes go to a solid color they guy says.

Convert everything to bitmap (200dpi should be more than enough) except the contour cut and save as an pdf or eps.
File should be manageable after that.
