horizontal was off by 7 points but after the test it gave me a message that said SET HEAD HEIGHT TO HIGH?

But how will I know how far to move it down?

All the way up and all the way down. It's a lever. It stops at the end of its travel.

Oh ya, I'm familiar with the head height of high or low in the menu when setting print option.
So there is no actual adjust for head height? It's either high or low. Confusing because I got the message that my head height is too high when Its always set on low

The physical head height in the printer should match the setting in the software. This may be why you're getting this message...
