Shelf life for Roland inks and bar code info

Does anyone know the shelf life of Roland Eco-Solvent inks?

We are experiencing issues and believe we were sent old inks. Any help is appreciated.

I would recommend you contact Roland DGA Support at 1-888-765-2636, ext 1

They will need your printer serial number and the codes off of the suspect cartridge.

Not sure what information they will provide, but this would be my first step.

FYI - the shelf life of the Roland MT (Metallic) ink is 2 years.

Just the other day I replaced all of my inks with inks that were about 3yrs old and every thing works just fine.

we don't have inks here over 4 weeks. i guess it's good i can't answer this question, means i am busy

3 years? I'm sure it's not any good, it may print fine but watch it fade in days

ink shelf life

As normal, eco solvent ink shelf time is one year.
But you had better use it within 8~10 month, or the print result will be not best.
