Our shop is not very large and it is difficult doing 40' banners in house.

Send the files, its printed and shipped in the same week.

same here and we only get 1-3 large orders a year that we can't handle in house but regardless the service is always the same(great) pricing is good, quality is good and the turnaround is good.
we had a real big foam core job one year. printed, cut and grommets. mike actually had his guys deliver it in their truck
