Used to take the bus, but it got too crowded and I found myself not getting off in time and having to walk for blocks after missing my stop, so I decided to take the commuter train and I can just jump when I need to. If this ever gets old, I might get an elephant or some other fuel efficient means.

Ha! this reminded me of this picture I took. Yes, those are children being transported in a metal bin on a truck chassis fenced in with wire!

Beautiful car.

Can you expound on where Roush comes into the equation?

Custom headers or did you find some that happened to fit?

The whole engine & tranny were built by Andrew who works for Roush Racing. It was tested around the track for 5 laps, they liked the specs so then they take it out, build new ones to the same specs and Andrew gave us the whole thing as a Christmas gift. When he did, we had to change a lot of things on the car ( way too much power for what we were building the car for ). That set us back a few years ( don't have that much cash to spend on the car in one shot without sleeping on the couch for a while),,,lol. Some of my friends said they would sleep on the couch for years to get it,,,lol.

ouch. how fast were you going?

145kmh in an 80 zone..
Middle of nowhere, twisty mountain road.
They just brought in new laws here for 45 + over.
$2000 fine and had to hand the number plate in for three months...
Ah well it's not the first time.

Time to get fit again.
