Sign Bracket

Anybody know what the true term for a bracket that holds 1/2inch sign board on say a 4x4 post..like an L braket but has the channel that runs the length of sign. :thankyou:

And who sells them...which I am sure I can find once I know the real name of them..:thumb:

Are you talking about angle iron? You screw two pieces to the sign you are making, and then screw both pieces to the post.

ok.. ..so dummy me I guess it would be and L bracket.. But the ones I have seen are premade...Flat stock with 2 L brackets to slip sign rt into and just screw it bolt wat ev and its done...

they are called post clips... come in 3/4" and 1/2" ..... all alum. painted white. real nice..
