Sign Gold Help Please

I'm trying to get this Sign Gold (Satin Surface) to cut properly.
I just changed my blade adjusted the pressure.
Did a few test cuts and everything looked and weeded good (just kissed the backer) so I went and cut my graphics.
Now I'm having such a hard time weeding this stuff.
Does anyone have any tips they would care to share?
I've got a ton of this stuff to cut and would rather not trash it.

Under a certain size or difficulty in serifs and such... all those foils are hard to weed for the most part.

This is true serifs are almost always a pain and guess what.......

Here's an idea...... tell your customer you'll get it finished early next week. Bring it to the mixer and we'll all take turns weeding for you while you have your 6'er and don't forget.... I don't drink beer.

The font's not that thin, it's actually kind of fat.

I tried more pressure and it was cutting too deep.
I got it moving along now - just had to find my groove.
Just hope it keeps going that way

UGH!!! More problems.....
I'm using 4075-RLA (High Tack) Trans tape and I can't get the gold to release from the backer.
Any ideas?

If you have a big worktable lay the masked signgold face down.
You may want to slice "weed lines" thru the clear backing and peel off a section at a time.
Signgold looks great but can be tricky.

I was thinking of flipping it so the mask was face down.
As for slicing "weedlines" unfortunately I can't do it with this design.

Damn thing.
When I used SG I was cutting it with my 4E, adding or subtracting weights.
When it's cut too deeply it's a frigging pain in the c*nt to get off the backer.
When it's not cut deeply enough it's too hard to weed.
Try throwing it in the freezer for a few minutes?
