Signblazer replacement

I am looking for vinyl cutting software. I am using Signblazer but that will not run on 64 bit windows in Windows 7.

Any recommendations for a cutting program that's not too expensive and will convert raster jpg images to vectors.

i run signblazer elements & one of my wholesalers runs the last full signblazer on win7 64 bit..just run in 32 bit
