Skewing on sc-545 Help!

have you checked your pinch rollers? Or the grip rollers? I'm sure you've checked there already but its still worth mentioning.

There is a good chance it is the encoder sensor. I have the skew problem about once a month and cleaning the encoder+env match usually clears it. Once I had a tech come out and clean the encoder sensor.

Also make sure the encoder strip has not come out of the track. (it happened to me once when I cleaned it.)
