Skewing on sc-545 Help!

I'm getting skewing on sc-545. I wiped encoder and did a env. match and still getting skewing. Anybody have any suggestions?

have you checked your pinch rollers? Or the grip rollers? I'm sure you've checked there already but its still worth mentioning.

There is a good chance it is the encoder sensor. I have the skew problem about once a month and cleaning the encoder+env match usually clears it. Once I had a tech come out and clean the encoder sensor.

Also make sure the encoder strip has not come out of the track. (it happened to me once when I cleaned it.)
