smooth uv print

i print on a lot of sintra on the uv printer. pictures or 4 c/p pics are fine but spot colors show the grain of the material. anyway to get rid of that or is there a better material to use so i get a smooth print?

Stop using over-priced sintra. Besides, it has lead in it.
