I'm trying to help a customer out, he needs a basic cardstock, cardboard, or plastic spray paint stencil & doesn't want to mess with spray mask, can anyone recommend a vendor?

I get asked for this a lot. Let me know what you figure out if nobody replies. I thought about setting up a cut file and having s365 do it in pvc or something?

How many?
I've double cut 7725 vinyl before, so it goes through the plastic backing. Makes a fine stencil, lays flat.
Thanks for the suggestion, but honestly it's something I don't want to mess with, I will order it but I don't want to start making them.

I'm not sure what that is. Have you seen where people have a modification that turns your plotter into a flatbed cutter?

We make tons of stencils on our laser engraver, cut them out of mylar sheeting, or oilboard, depending on how long it's intended use is.

Oil board can probably be cut with a standard plotter with multiple passes.

I have not but that would be interesting. I have wondered why hybrid flatbeds are so much more money than roll printers. It seems like a little more vacuum and beefier drive system is the main difference but a lot more $$$$.
I meant use Signs365, they offer printing and contour cutting pvc and other materials. A stencil should be just the same minus the print?

I laser cut them for customers out of 16 point card stock, 14mil synthetic sheets. I have had a few customers ask for thin acrylic and corregated sheets
