sp300v powers up w/o hitting sub power

I could use some help please. I just replaced the scan motor. I plugged it back in, turned on the main power and the front panel comes on (without hitting the sub power) says cleaning...then service call 0002. Any suggestions?

Make sure the cable that connects the main board and servo board is plugged in properly. If that is good, then the servo board or main board could be damaged electronically. My guess would be servo board as it handles the motors.
