SP300V w/ Jarhead wall vinyl

I have a roll of Jarhead 6mil wall mark material.

Best as I can tell, I have the correct media profile installed, but I'm getting severe headstrikes.
The material is laying as flat as can be.

Any ideas?

Normally you would just need to raise the head height but the SP300V doesn't have that feature. The max media thickness for that machine is 1mm including the backer. I would suspect that the material you are using is close to or over that limit. Might need to sub it out.

Thanks for the reply. I was a little surprised to find that I couldn't raise the head.

I've printed on some other .... thick-ish materials, canvas for instance, with no issue. This stuff must be breaking the height barrier.

It's just a poster, so I can switch out to another material.

print it on a thinner vinyl and then mount it to the jar head material. little extra work and material but it will get the job done
