Dammit, make it faster!!
Seems every translator online shows something different. Must use only 5 lines.

I'm getting a little lost here. What's wrong with this one? Are you trying to rephrase it into better English?

So what you are wanting? to translate the message from Spanish to English or translate English to Spanish?

Dont use cesped. Problem with translators is that the point can be made and they will kind of understand but it sounds stupid.

1. I was given a paragraph in Spanish from a person who doesn't speak Spanish. Neither do I or anyone I work with.
2. It was given in a manner that doesn't fit well on a yard sign that is to be wider than it is tall. And the wording changes whenever I move words around.
3. Like I mentioned in the op. Different translators kept giving me different results.

Yeah, you can get it to translate into a grammatically correct English sentence, but the Spanish will be funky. You really need a local Spanish speaker that can tell you what is going to make sense there.

Ask your client to give you the Spanish text. Don't they have someone who speaks Spanish that will be answering that phone number?

I'm also still not clear whether you want English or Spanish text on the sign. English, according to your thread title, but it sounds like you want Spanish but with better grammar.

"Jardines" was always used where I lived in México (Yucatán), "yardas" is more american mexican but probably more widely understood and used.
