Streaking / Banding?

I need a little bit of help trying to identify what could cause this. Hopefully the images show the issue well enough. We noticed some streaking or banding but it's not consistent. So I didn't think it was feed banding. It looks like something else. I printed via a pdf that was supplied.

also on a side note, there appear to be a lot of fisheye or bubbles. Not sure how to solve those either. I had read online something about heater adjustments?? View attachment 140487 View attachment 140485 View attachment 140486
Tertiary color vertical banding. Can't be fixed. Dark blues and Greens mostly. HP cannot fix the problem and it is on page 215 of their user manual. Other printers can't print these either correctly. Benn through the wringer on this.

HP probably won’t fix it because he’s using a Roland

I'm touching back on this post I made a last year. To recap I am still using the correct media profile but was wondering if I could eliminate this issue. Or maybe just learn more about it and what is causing it. I see it in various colors. blue, black, purples, greens. Take a look at the two images I've attached, one close up and one a little distant. Overall quality is amazing.

Anyone have any ideas?
