Substrate - process question

DonW

One of my industrial name tag customers has asked me for a small quantity of outdoor signs. They will be 6 x 8 inches and will be used outdoors in a harsh four season environment.

I was thinking of applying vinyl over Sintra or similar substrate.

Can you recommend a substrate process that will hold up to the weather?

Picture is attached.

Thank you,

Get aluminum panels cut down.
Sintra will not last well outside in cold weather, in my opinion.
You can get a ton of blanks cut from a 4'x8' yellow sheet.
My suppliers charge a small cut fee.

Some suppliers also sell the small standard sign blank sizes of safety yellow aluminum (double sided) You could get one of those and if you knew someone with a shear, have them chop it up for you.
