I once lived in the deep South including Florida.
Now I live in MIchigan.
It seems people respond to something with a tropical theme. I would think about some palm trees a large sun. Then think about a volleyball sand court or some other thought provoking graphic that depicted grace beauty and youth in the tropics.

I like the middle one best, as far as font it's fine, lively, fun looking, readable.

But I do think you should present more options of fonts choices and layouts I try for at least 3 that way can combine or alter easier.
