Switching from Sam to OEM on a 9000s

The Sam ink is suppose to be "plug & play", but what about going back the OEM? Can I just put the OEM cart and the charge the ink? The sub tanks are big, I would hate to have to pump out that much ink.

Once you reverse pump the inks back into the SAM carts, what are you going to do with the inks? What has happened to cause you to consider this option?

Flush the printer so you don't get ink contamination between these two inks. Print head is extremely costly on HP9000s.
