Tebow is a Jet!

Makes absolutely ZERO sense. Just goes to show how much of a mess the NYJ front office is. I gaurantee you that Ryan is who wanted him. Now they have a total cluster on their hands. the NY media will make it their entire EXISTENCE to bring down Tebow. The will dig at every aspect of his life - hell, they may even try to set him up just so that can blow the whistle on him.

The locker room was already a fractured mess - this is going to make it even worse. Marc Sanchez is terrible - but they just gave him $20.5mil gauranteed. They signed Drew Stanton as well. Now they have Sanchez, Stanton, Tebow and Greg McCelroy (who is actually pretty daggone good). Unless they plan on trading Sanchez, this move makes no sense whatsoever.

Art! Hot and fresh.
gotta love the salary cap ... put all your eggs into 4 players afraid to get hurt and a second string team that knows they are getting paid a LOT less because of that ... yeah ... won't help your team.

The only reason they wanted him was to run a few plays out of the wildcat and to sell jerseys. That's it. Also :Big Laugh that Carson Palmer is worth two first-round picks and Tebow is worth one fourth-round pick.

Makes no sense to me, but either did his being drafted in the first place. I'm more shocked by Sean Payton's one year suspension.

I shall never understand team sports or how you guys can analyze them and how they put teams together, who does what etc. It's like speaking french, I just don't get it.

Carry on, one day maybe I'll understand what you're saying. lol.

I feel really bad for tebow... he'll do all but grow in new york... Sanchez is awful, And he'll start every single game... i wish he could have stayed in denver and mentored under manning.. oh well

I think they will use him as the wildcat qb but as well as a tight end. He is big enough and catching short passes and letting him run will help sanchez out a lot. It also gives them a better option for reverse/flea flicker play for him.

Unless he went to a team who needed a qb I dont see him staying at qb.

The only thing he could be in NY is a tail back.....nothing more.....or just a player to put out there to take a line backer out the play.....
