Very Nice, nice craftsmanship.
Not sure about your area but a "Tiki" bar would never work here. To many Harley riders and people interested in the ever dreaded "diamond plate" for a Tiki bar to do good here.
Hopefully if the place does close down you can recover the piece and use it for a example piece for your shop.
