Tint Cutting Templates or Software

Been asked before, but I thought Id update the question. What kinds are available? Does anyone offer an AFFORDABLE solution? I know TintTek and their $1900 "annual update fee" crap, isn't there someone that sells discs full o templates? Anyone? My landlord wants to set up his second store that way, they tint but hand cut. Any leads would be appreciated.

try computer cut... I think they have subscription, but they also have vecorization services and its no where near as expensive as the one you mentioned.
