TrueVis VG2-540

Does anyone know if I can remove the cleats which hold the media down during print on the TrueVis VG2-540? and I cannot seem to get them to sit flat and my cut blade is scraping along them and chipping it. Super frustrating. I rarely used them on my old XC and only ran into trouble on Banner. Thanks!

yes they should pull forward and come off. you have to push down on the clip and pull.

They seem to have a blocker (not easily accessible) that stops them from coming all the way out of the groove. I used to be able to unclip them on my old machine, but unfortunately that does not seem to be the case on this machine. Thanks for the reply
