Trying to install Flexi

This is probably a stupid question...but since I can't figure it out, I might as well ask it. I just got my Flexi 8 today and I have never had a version of Flexi on my computer. I am at the install manager and it's asking me for a password, where would I find that?! It's not the password I registered, it's not my key number?!?

There should be a label on the box or a sheet of paper in the box with the password.

There's the problem! I never got a pc. of paper like that! I entered in demo mode and found it under the 'about'

I think the password you found in the about menu will be for the demo version.

If you didn't get a paper with the password on it you need to call SAi and have them send you another copy.

hey mine was on a sticker on the side of the box the cds were in ..check there mayby its on there

This ain't my first rodeo Techman....I didn't throw the box away.

SAI sent me it in an e-mail...but - there is nothing with a password on it that they sent me. The password I found was for the demo.
