Everyone who's worked with DCS knows the quality of their tech support, so I wanted to make a discussion post to swap information about troubleshooting their printers. We currently have two UV-84DTS Gen2 Printers from the company (both are broken in some way currently, but what else is new) and I've been working with them both for about two years now. If anyone has any questions for me, or any helpful advice for running these beasts, I would be more than happy to try and help. I'm going to attach my basic instruction sheet I made for the controller software and I plan on making more instruction packets like these in the future if anyone would be interested.

Currently using the Gen2 UV84 but had created this for the Gen 1 if anybody wants to download. It's a more pinpointed tutorial of things you will need to know if you don't already. I made it for others who don't print on this machine daily and needed a quick refresher should they need to print in my absence. Currently working through some issues on our fairly new Gen 2 so at some point I'll do an updated version of the tutorial for it.

I'm listening to both. I have experience and understanding of any of the DCS machines. Also, I have access to the inks if you're interested.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. These machines were put together with duct tape and prayers so no promises on being able to solve anything, but we've been struggling with them for a little under two years now.
