Versa Works Freezing

I've been having a problem with Versa WOrks Freezing.
After I load a print job into the queue, and open it up to edit the preferences - when I go to click OK, it freezes up and has to be
shut down! This is getting very frustrating! Any suggestions?
No other programs are running at the time.

We had this happen a lot before we changed computers ... we had to dump all temp files, in versa and the hard drive to stop the problem. Had to do it every day, until we changed to a dual core computer (we used an older dell for rip prior to that). Hope this helps!

could that be a firmware problem.
we updated our firmware once and had a similar issue and luckily our tech guy was in the area and fixed it at no charge

After upgrading my pc this hasn't happened touch wood, even win 20gb of jobs in the queue.

I find it make no difference if I have 50 old jobs in the queue or have it all cleaned out.
