You have cross contamination. Usually it's caused by a clogged/partially clogged cap top or pump. The cap doesn't drain fast enough so the ink receded into the other channel. I usually just flush the lines to make sure they aren't clogged. Other than that it could be a weak damper not holding the pressure properly or the worst case scenario is the head is damaged internally. .
