Vinyl off or Rapid remover?

I am doing removal of 6 year old cut vinyl on a fuel truck with a aluminum tank, which is better?

Does Rapid Remover work in the same manner as Vinyl Off?

We can't get either here but I got a small sample of vinyl off to try on a 6+ year vinyl install. It was a nightmare using a steamer breaking into small pieces.

Sprayed the vinyl off on left it dwell for an hour. Hit it with a big gas heater. Came off like butter.
