I too use the orajet 3164, I use the matte style and can apply in minutes. The matte seams to not get as soft as the gloss thus fast app times.

we use the matte as well, i think you get better print results over the gloss

We use Instant One Media for our Instant Granite Vinyl. No bubble, removable, gloss and matte finishes available. $130 for a 54"x150' roll.

Look for physically thicker calendared vinyl, for example General Formulations Concept 222, which is a 6 mil face stock film. Other manufacturers make similar products. The extra rigidity that the thicker face stock provides makes customer-installed decals much easier to apply.

+1 to this exact vinyl, model and matte

usually as long as it takes to cut them down from the 54" roll and set up the big squeeze is how long yard signs get to out gas before applying.
