vp-540 cutting issue

roland vp540 is not cutting properly
it will cut 90-95% of the piece/job ok but i get spots where it looks like it is a perf cut
it looks like the blade is skipping or jumping for some reason
i put in a new blade
made sure everything was locked into place and no good
anyone have any ideas?

it could be some grime or buildup in the blade holder not allowing the blade to spin properly.

you can try some compressed air and a lil WD-40 or 3 in 1 oil to grease it up a tad. Usually works
