vw has stopped working!

just tried to send a file i had printed yesterday to the printer and when i drag the file up to the print box it stays there for about 10 seconds and then disappears.
the percent stays on 0. it does this with all my files now! and of course i have a client coming over to pickup aload of her graphics in a few hours!

no bother......just spoke to roland tech support, they sorted.

and what was the issue?

apparantly it was something to do with vw not communicating with the printer correctly, so vw was not able to process the file as the printer would not talk to vw.
all i had to do was turn the printer off from the front, then the back, and then turn it back on rebooting the printer, that solved the problem.
funny though, as i had rebooted vw, rebooted the computer etc, just never thought to reboot the printer!

i think that is like the first thing i always do is turn everything off and re-start it then if that doesn't work i kick it...haha i mean call tech support
