What material should I use?

I need to make some control panels for a Ms. PacMan video game. The material that is on the control panel now appears to be polycarbonate. It is a semi rigid material. I need something similar, but I don't know what to use. Can you cut 5 mil polycarbonate with a plotter? I need to cut three 1 1/8" holes in it.

You should have that done on Lexan by someone with a Gerber Edge

+1 lexan/polycarbonate
and it could be uv printed if you can print white or silk screened

Lexan cuts well with a good holesaw just use a slow speed.
For graphics: Reverse print on laminate then laminate with white. Apply to second surface. Done
