Need Help On Small Metal Sign.

I have various Printers and cutters and am mainly an apparel decorator, that keeps getting sucked more and more into sign making.
My security guys wants me to make him a bunch of those small metal signs that go in the ground in the yard or flower bed.
I think I can find the metal Blanks.
but I am having big trouble finding a holder or a stake.
Don't real want to drill holes or anything to mount, would prefer a slip in type sign holder He would like the sign to be 8.5*11.
If I sue the mounting tape I see does it stay on for Years outdoors?

Please help me find some good dealers for this.
and of course if you have suggestions to Metal Blanks I am all ears preferable all in one place.

We are doing a lot of this stuff at the moment.

Use a 3M clearview vinyl, printet en a Durst UV printer. The finish is soooo nice, and the aplication is nice and easy also.
