Why so much love for the 3M gold? I have one but don't really notice it does a better job than the others. I like the 12" bright orange one for applying premask, but rarely use it for vinyl application.

I like the red banana strips for wet installs.

I get em' from cheap wrap tools. They have Teflon and nylon squeegees, 4 & 6 inch, nice suede cover on one edge. They don't sell much, but what they do is good stuff for the price.
