What to use for strips on new backlit faces when using Polycarbonate?

I'm changing a bunch of faces for backlit signs. Replacing the acrylic with polycarbonate. In the past to make the strips that hang in the frame I've used polycarbonate scraps and drilled and screwed. Does anyone have a better way? Is there a glue for this like there is for acrylic? And the job is time sensitive, so any other ideas would be appreciated. even if there is an adhesive.

I have seen at our local plastics supplier a polycarb adhesive, if I remember correctly it was a Weldon product as well

Yep... Weldon-16.

Methylene Chloride (dichloromethane) is for acrylic.

Sometimes the hang bar is overkill.

How tall is the face?

Weld-On 3 (watery, dries super-fast) or Weld-On 16 (thicker, more work time).
