Where can I buy this?

Thanks but I don't think that would work for this because it's gotta be outdoors and partially buried in the ground.

I didn't think I would have so much trouble finding this. Do most people just fabricate these themselves?

I did two of these last summer for bronze plaques and I had our local fab shop make them for me. You may want to add a couple of extra feet though. One foot into the ground isn't much...even with concrete.

Do you want a frame like that that holds the sign, or just an angled mounting set up?
If you can't find pre-made, and want a frame, buy a frame and have a local shop weld a
post to it at an angle.
Or if you just need the mounting have them fabricate the while thing.
